Prostate Cancer UK came to us with a dilemma. Prostate cancer is near to becoming the biggest cancer killer in the UK, and yet hardly anyone knows that Prostate Cancer UK exists. They’re just that badge, on that man from the telly!
After digging a little deeper, we found the shocking truth that 1 man dies every 45 minutes from this killer.
So, we wanted to take a stand. We wanted to remind people that men are good. Men are kind. Men are funny, sometimes. Men are loving. We wanted to remind people that men are worth saving.
Regardless of what society says, the fact that men should be saved remains. Which is why we borrowed some timeless words from the man himself, William Shakespeare.
Thanks for being my copywriter on this, Bill.
Refuge is a charity who saves the lives of women and children across the UK, by helping them escape domestic abuse. This year, they partnered with Picturehouse Cinemas to boost their life-saving work. They needed a film to play before every film. This is that film…
‘Hide & Seek’ highlights the lesser known fact that 90% of domestic abuse in the family home, happens in the presence of children. By subverting the childhood game we all know and love, we present the unbearable experiences of what some children must try and cope with, day after day, after day.
The Old Vic is 200 years old, but I didn’t want to tell it’s story. I wanted the theatre to. After all, it’s hers to tell. So I personified her; a 200 year old woman, with the infinite elixir of youth.
Enter stage left, Erin Doherty.
Unlike other canned coffee on the market, Costa claim that they use the same proper ingredients in their cans as the coffee in their shops.
So, cutting against the trend of lifestyle on-the-go coffee advertising, we decided to strip it back with a simple idea: ‘Proper Coffee. In a can.’
Ronseal, we salute you!
To celebrate London Fashion Week coming to Soho for the first time, we decided to do a first: Collaborate with Slam Poetry World Champion, Harry Baker and create an original poem, dedicated to this original square mile.
Let’s face it. UK Politics is a mess.
In particular, the task of delivering Brexit by October 31st seems nigh on impossible.
So, on the day when Boris was sworn in as the new PM, we wanted to remind him of the magnitude of the task ahead; in a cheeky, apolitical, Weetabix way.
Mentos has many similarities to Pride; the sweets come in same flavour pairs, the packaging uses the rainbow design - so we celebrated the day by celebrating these product truths.
We released the posts early in conjunction with Obama praising the legalisation Gay Marriage in America, jumping on the social love wave that followed.
There are over 4,000 rare childhood diseases that still have no cure or treatment.
Introducing, Not Yet Available - a range of empty medicine boxes for all the cures and treatments that don’t exist yet. The empty boxes were sold in Boots, along side medicine that exists, to raise awareness and money for medical research, so that one day the boxes can be filled.
There was one man (and one waistcoat) who’d had his Weetabix during the 2018 Football World Cup - Gareth Southgate.
So, we posted Weetabix Waistcoat to Salute ‘The Gate’ and his boys for their Sterling* efforts.
*Not sure he’d has his.
KFC’s limited-edition burger, The Supercharger returned in June 2016.
To celebrate this, we told the story of an astronaut who, returning from Space runs straight into... a KFC. Some say our hero resembled a certain British Astronaut making his own return that same week. Who knows... (we do!)
Easter eggs don't have to be chocolate.
So, to make Ketchup a part of the conversation this Easter, we wanted to remind people that it goes perfectly with your Easter eggs... of the non-chocolate variety.
What do you do when you have Danny Trejo, the veteran 'Stand N Stuff Tortillas' ambassador, but you need to promote the mini version? You create a mini version. Literally - a Mini Danny. A rival up-start who believes his 'Minis' are a pretty big deal. Then, you put them in a cramped yellow food-truck and set them off on the 'The Grand Tortilla tour.' What could possibly go wrong?
Absolut briefed us to come up with a poster for their annual Christmas 'don't drink and drive' message.
But we wanted to remind people of all the fun they have on their way home, and would be missing if they drink and drive.
To do this, we suggested Absolut to partner with Uber and stick a karaoke in the back of the ride. Uber took on the idea and even added a discount code in app to encourage people to embrace their inner karaoke and sing and ride, not drink and drive!
Ray-Ban are the first designer glasses brand to make prescription lenses for their frames. However, all things prescription like eye tests and optometrists can be a little dry; beautiful, but dry! So, 'The Art of Optometry' collides the scientific world of optometry with the iconic world of Ray-Ban.
I doodle. A lot. And I have lots of random bits and bobs around. So, I thought I'd combine them and make the object part of the drawing to create some illustrations... illustrobjects... objectstrations... or just pictures.
BBH London wanted a recruitment film.
But recruitment films are boring. So we decided to celebrate their unique credo, ‘The Power Of Difference To Make A Difference’ and collaborate with Slam Poetry Champion, Harry Baker to express what it means be a Black Sheep.
The 2016 US Presidential race was particularly contentious, and we wanted to turn Trump and Clinton's 'discussions' into something positive - cheekily reminding people of the KFC Colonel's wise words; "There's no problem a bucket of fried chicken can't solve." To prove him right, we gave the squabbling pair something they could both finally agree on... Chicken! #MakeChickenGreatAgain
With the widest range of toys available on the high street, Tesco is undoubtedly the Home of the Most Loved Toys. But the Great British Public were hatin', so we brought in the heavies... Well, sort of.
I've painted for as long as I can remember. For both love and money.
